Remember that Friends episode in which Joey and Ross had an awesome nap together? Nap is good. Nap refreshes you so you can keep going a little longer. Well, I didn’t have a Joey or Ross. (Hmmm…) What I did have was The Ultimate Nap. Yep. Another Binaural Beats CD by Dr. Jeffrey Thompson. This one really amazed me. Maybe because it was able to deliver result in such a short time, and delivered it very well.
The Ultimate Nap offers 3 soundtracks to nap with. 10-minute, 20-minute and 30-minute. I was super tired yesterday, but only allowed myself to try a 10-minute nap with the CD. This may sound stupid. But I didn’t even move to a couch to get comfortable. I just sat in my office chair, leaned back, put the headphones on and started the player. I was able to quickly go into a dream-like state. Still aware of thoughts going on, but totally relaxed. At the end of the soundtrack sounds of a gong woke me up from the nap. (Have to remember to turn the volume down more for napping.) I was totally refreshed, totally alert. And I didn’t even get a little bit tired until 10PM. WOW! I LOVE IT!
