I have NEVER understood the opposition.

i’m a libra and try to be respectful of other opinions–seems like those opposed to this aren’t. i feel that the gov’t should legislate equal rights, access, benefits, etc. for all, and individual religious institutions can do whatever they want. so, US granted benefits/partnership/inheritance rights, etc., but “marriage” whatever- if the religies want to “own” that, whatever….
