The Planets Say

I am not a big reader of horoscopes. Not that I don’t believe that they can be true. It’s just that most of the times they are too general to be helpful. But few months ago I came across Michael Lutin’s Planetarium in Vanity Fair. It just made me want to nod my head in agreement, like getting a validation of my own observations. I especially loved it when I could shove the magazine in front of CB and said, “See! I told you so!” It’s still not detailed reading. But seem quite accurate on the general observations.

Here’s what Mr. Lutin said about us Virgos this month:

This is the time to conserve your energy and stick to a regime of consistency and moderation. People may call you selfish, but they have no idea what has transpired in the last couple of months to force you to wall yourself in. If you have anybody working for you, Chiron in your 6th house is giving you trouble there. And the conjunction of Saturn and the south node in your sign is not exactly a recipe for mindless ecstasy. You need to be 100 times more health conscious than ever. Just don’t get too nuts about catching cooties.

~ From Michael Lutin’s Planetarium, Vanity Fair

I’d better get going. We are getting flu shots this morning. ;-) Serious!

Wow, reading that I’d almost think I was Virgo instead of Capricorn… still, an Earth sign…

I’m here also in reply to the comment you left,(lacking email addy)…I believe there may be another photo of me in my blog… *somewhere* :^)…
The Moonflower, during the Summer when the plant matures (it’s an annual, btw) the blooms open at night, later in the season (for the past few weeks) I noticed the blooms were opening in the afternoon and I would go out several times while working on the house to stick my nose and inhale deeply. Heavenly scent. Divine. This is a scent I would wear. If ever you see one of these plants to buy, please do so, otherwise you can get them in seed packets… you have to soak the seeds before planting them. Oh yeah, the blooms glow at night under the light of a full moon, magnificent.
    Thanks for coming by!
