Have not been feeling so well. Started with a scratchy throat. Now coughing and feverish. So, I’ll keep this post short.

This is what I want to do with the ribbing on my sweater:

I want to steam the heck out of the ribbing so that the fabric doesn’t draw in much, leaving just the texture. The above is one of my favorites sweater, and my inspiration for doing the ribbing this way.

Here’s the Lotus Blossom Shawl with two rows of Blossom pattern done. Half way through the third row now. Almost done. Just in time for Chinese New Year!

Whatever you are catching, I hope it’s minor and goes away soon. Feel better.

    Dear Jason,

Take care of yourself and don’t knit lace while sick or stupid. Take it from one who has tried that. It doesn’t work. Your shawl is beautiful, your sweater ribbing goal totally within reach. Just get well soon.

Jason, take good care of yourself, you know the routine…rest, fluids, and I hope you’re feeling much better soon!

Thank you all for the well-wishing, and the pointers to get better. :-)
