I still can! I still knit! It’s been so long that many (including myself) were wondering if I could still remember how to knit. The answer is YES! I did five rows of Lotus Blossom without major problems. YES!
It turned out that I didn’t have a note for the knitting. Luckily, I used a counter and it was the only one in the notion bag. Luckily because I have a few of these counters. If there were more than one, I would’ve had to figure out which one was for what project. I’ve learned my lesson. I need to get organized like Jane. Maybe after I relocate.
I am so happy. I can still knit. I CAN KNIT! I CAN KNIT! I CAN KNIT! And it is still so much fun. All the stress from work made me not wanting to do anything. I thought it would just make me more drained. But I think I was very wrong. I should do a little bit of knitting or spinning everyday to just balance things out.
I also had so much fun at December’s spinning guild meeting. YAY! Tomorrow is another natural dye day at a member’s house. I can’t wait.

It’s amazing what a little knittin will do, isn’t it.
Knitting is wonderful therapy and a real boost to moral. I think your shawl is looking great. Thank God for “clickers”. Maybe your partner could learn to knit or spin too! Might cheer him up like it does for me.
Hey Saffron! I should always remind myself why I picked up knitting… It’s meditative!
Dear Jane! My partner would never never knit or spin. He made sure that I understood that.
Hey you,
