Oh my gosh! I cam across this book, Norsk Strikkedesign. I want it! I maybe crazy. But just look at what’s inside! This link opens a page of kits for the garments inside the book. Don’t they look like amazing projects? Has anyone seen this book?

Some wild stuff in there!! Kinda showy for a buddhist . . .tee hee
Hi Charles. It’s quite pricey, isn’t it? I am going to order it. It’ll take 4 to 6 weeks for them to deliver it. Did you check out this link: http://www.nordicfiberarts.com/norskstrikke_kits.html. It has kits for the patterns. I think I like the patterns on page 40, 106 and 110.
Hi Matthew. I don’t even know if anyone would wear it. It IS quite showy. But I like some of the designs that evoke the old world feeling. And all of them seem quite challenging, no?
Yeah, actually I do like the old world feel. I guess I was just picturing you wearing it . . . possibly to temple?
Maybe some temples. Japanese or Tibetan. But on me? Which one do you picture me wearing? LOL
Hey Jason, thanks for visiting my blog … and what a discovery of yours! I have this book and have been fascinated by all the colours inside. I don’t when I would knit anything from it … but just browsing through the pages is a pleasure. I also have the LTKA book … right now I am doing the Great American Aran Afghan … so maybe the next afghan project. Your squares so far look awesome!
